RANDOM.ORG: Randomizing Everything, Including Your Class

RANDOM.ORG provides many free services, including the List Randomizer. The List Randomizer can be used in an educational setting to create random group assignments for projects, seat assignments, or anything else you can think of. It’s easy to use: go to their homepage, scroll down and click on the List Randomizer. If you enter your students’ names, it will randomize the order. By grouping the names  you can make groups, and the randomized list can help you make a seating chart. Changing seats and groups can help students work more effectively, and RANDOM.ORG helps you choose how to do it.
